Clapham Junction Church Plant

Funding to support the establishment of a church plant in Battersea, in the area around Clapham Junction train station.

A team from St Nicholas Cole Abbey are hoping to pioneer a new church in the area of Battersea around Clapham Junction train station, which will start to meet in September 2025. In the initial stages, the church will have a particular focus on young professionals and families. 

At the time of writing, the team had raised about 30% of their anticipated deficit for the first three years from other sources of funding. LGST has been pleased to supplement this with a grant of £15,000 from our general funds.
