Funding towards Families and Children worker

St Stephen's is an evangelical church based in central west London which experienced a decline in numbers during an interregnum in 2019. A focus on the word and prayer has more recently led to an increasingly strong church core.

A Families and Children worker was recruited in September 2022 with their salary requiring external funding. This worker's role involves discipleship of youth and children within the church family as well a variety of local outreach initiatives, including a ministry partnership with London City Mission reaching into local housing estates, a lunchtime ministry to office workers and a midweek parents and tots group.

The LGST has agreed to provide financial support to this project and is raising funds to do so.
